False advertising: where is my 3Lt Cola as was advertised?

ORDER# 99608: On 26 April you were running a special: Free 3Lt Spar Cola with all Spar2U orders. I placed my order and paid the same day and schedules delivery for between 2pm & 3pm. Due to high demand, my order was only delivered on Saturday, and alas, NO Cola as was advertised.

Where is my Cola, because it is not my fault that you were not sufficiently equipped to timeously deliver on the same day?
