False Advertising & Poor Customer Service

My local Spar store did not have stock of their advertised special, nor did they seem to know about it. I called the store as well as contacted the customer care centre on 27/04/2015. Both told me that they'd get investigate and get back to me. After not hearing anything, I contacted customer care again on the 12/05/2015. I was told my query/complaint was being escalated. I contacted them again 20/05/2015 and was told I would have a response by the end of the day. Once again no one has contacted me. I cannot believe that after 4 calls, SPAR are unable to resolve this issue. Apart from the total lack of customer service, is the fact that they falsely advertised products which weren't on special. I'd like to award them a huge thumbs down. I will also ease they obviously busy schedule by giving them one less customer to worry about - I will find a retailer who values my patronage enough to return my calls!!!
