False advertising & passing the buck

Spar advertised 3 fizzy liqui fruit (1.25 l) for R20. None of the stores I visited has stock and they not not prepare to give rain checks for big quantities. Each store gives a different excuse for not having stock but all pass the buck. This is totally unexceptable.
