False advertising and bad customer service

I went to spar in spruitview (Mathambo Spar) to buy washing powder and oros as they are on special,they were finished on the shelves but staff hid a lot of the washing powder and oros in the cupboard underneath the fruits and vegetables scale machine,this is bad as they advertise to the public then the same customers don't get to buy because the staff hid the items
