False advertising

Today I went to Spar south beach to purchase a few items.as I walked past the boogie boards I notice it's marked as R5 and R10.50.i went to the cashier and she sed its r250 we went back and forth.i asked to see the manager he was busy receiving that he couldn't see to a customer. What pathetic service? What happens to the consumer pay for what they see?especially if there is no barcode attached to the item.
