False advertising - Spar Pharmacy

<p>Very disappointed about the service received from a Spar Pharmacy in Centurion. Made &nbsp;3 appointments to have my baby vaccinated at the clinic. The sister ( also the owner) &nbsp;did not pitch &nbsp;and then phoned later the afternoon to make a new appointment without any apology. When arriving for the second appointment she was again not there. The owner later phoned me back and very rudely asked me why I left. She was just ' a little bit' late. After explaining to her that it's not the first time this has happened, she said the other appointment did not count as one as it was not made with her in person but with one of her staff members. Do they not understand that people take off work for these things? no respect for other people's time...</p>
