False advertising

i placed an order on the spar app on the 30-06-2024 at 10:26am. they had c***** long life low fat milk 6x 1l for R19.99. i ordered 3. an hour later they called me and advised that they had no stock and could not deliver the product and also they think it was an error on the system. as far as i know legally if the item is priced the customer is entitled to get the product at that price. the assistance received was not good and didnt consider customer satisfaction.
