False Advertising

I bought Jim Beam whiskey bottle at Stredford Spar. The national advert said the bottle came with a glass but at the Spar they said it does not come with the glass after the manager called their customer services. I contacted Spar customer services and they said I should give them the details of the incident to be investigated promptly which I did but still not feedback and I am now being ignored.
