False adverti*****t and Poor service rendered

On the 9th of April 2015 I purchased 6 x 6pack of Ceres juice. On the shelf as well as the catalogue clearly states that you buy 5 packs @ R19.99 and get 1 free. So When I got to the tills they charged me for the sixth one of which I am supposed to get it free, I enquired and then they called the supervisor, The supervisor made RUDELY told me there is no such a special , they must have made a mistake. <br> And she tunes me why am I even complaining I should be glad that this is a good special because these juices are sold at R31.99 so R19.99 is a very good special. I must just pay or reverse the 6th pack.<br> <br> She had no right to treat me like that in front of Spar employees and customers and make me look like I'm stupid. I mean I purchased according to what was advertised.
