Fals information and advertising

On Monday 23/11 I went to Super Spar tops in Secunda to buy a Gift,I asked the manger it they had any Bellentines gift packs, as I could not find them and know they had. He, Micheal, told me very friendly that he will have tomorrow, and that I should wait until then as it will be on special anyway.So I did. Come Tuesday afternoon, 24/11, I went there again,still no Bellentines giftpacks, so I ask, no he sais the truck did not come as yet, they will be here later.I left and came back on Friday, 27/11,again only to find nothing. And again the excuse was he is waiting for the truck. No way you can wait for a truck that long, you should know what is what in you store.I know the policy is if you cant find the item they advertise, they must to replace it with something of the same kind, he then said he cant,and I insisted, he phone the manager of Super Spar, with whom we have had same problem before but they replace the product after we insisted. while on the phone he tells the manager, not that he has told me it will be here twice before,but that it is on Backorder! puts down the phone and tells me he cant help me, he is waiting for the truck,Pethetic,fals adv&info.no response fromHQ
