**** R50 from spar

I am appalled and disappointed with the treatment i got from Bromhof spar today, been their customer for over 15 years. Earlier today i went to go buy some energy drinks, paid with a R200 note, got R174,10 change which included a R50 note with ink on it. I went back later this evening to get some garlic bread for dinner and tried paying with a R50 that i just pulled from my wallet, only to find that it was marked with ink. after some thinking i realised that this same R50 was the change I had received from the same store. they refused to take it back saying i was lying and they want the slip to prove that i was there, i asked them to check their camera as the store was about to close, i then got physical threats from one of the managers (Jaku) for even suggesting such. i argued that it would take at least 10min to go home and get the slip and by that time the store will be closed. i was then convinced to go get the slip and promised they will wait for me. when i got back i was received by the store securities which man handled me and told me that the store was closed and no one will help me, i returned home with nothing but a useless ink marked R50 and slip, no bread no dinner
