I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Spar in Queenswood at Queens corner

I am really disappointed with Spar in Queenswood. I went there today the 24 April 2020 to buy food, but before I did I went and look at your specials on your website. I then noticed that your Spar brand T/Tissue 1 ply Mini 18 rolls was advertised at R 29.99. So I went to spar to go and buy this item, when I got to the till the price was R 39.99 the manager was called and he refused to give the items to me for this price I even showed him the photo I have taken on my cellphone, He told me that this spar is privately owned and he will not give me the tissues at the R29.99 priced that’s was advertised on the catalog This makes me highly frustrated to see that a produce gets advertised on Spar catalogs but when you got to the store you get told that the special is not at them as they are privately owned Spar, NOW what’s the deference if it privately owned or not. Is the shop name not SPAR ?? I have spent over R 1000 at Spar in Queenswood today. I will no longer buy at spar in queenswood they have lose me and my family as a customer This is fails adverti*****t on Spar side Yours faithfully, Arthur Colby
