Extremely rude worst customer service ever!

<p>i go and buy a few things at my local spar at fourways by fourways garden. And this rude girl by hen Mae of shumaya serves me. I ask her how much the pros is and find that it's quite expensive. I kindly ask her to return it. I pay for everything and saw that she hadn't billed me my milk. I ask her to please ring it up and she looks so annoyed with me. I report her to the manager as there was no apology or anything from her for making me late or just apologizing for her error. I ask manager to call her and apologize and she says she can't speak English yet she had spoken to me in English . The manager doesn't say anything and just says sorry . I told them I don't accept it as she is annoying me and even the store more. Don't go to that spar as the service is terrible to say the least . Wow !</p>
