Extremely pathetic service

Quintella Roos. I had extremely bad service from Pretoria East Spar. Yesterday I did a cash send a the very same shop. The person I sent the money too did receive it. so when I go there to retrieve my money the lady by the name of Thank really tried to help she even call standard bank which is the administrator for cash send. I requested Nthabi to call her manager because there was no notice that inform the clients that we can't withdraw money from this particular spar. Store manager by the name of Quintella Roos was very rude and arrogant very racial and sarcastic.Raising her voice towsrds me infornt of the customers and junior staff Quintella doesn't have good interpersonal relations and doesn't live the Spar values she is a shame to Spar ad Brand Standard bank must stop to use this particular spar to provide this kind of Service. Spar pretoria East it pathetic Quintella Roos she is a shame.
