Extremely Disappointing Service at Tops at Spar in Flamingo Square

Two weeks ago (Sat, 02 November 2024) I bought a bottle of cognac from Tops at Spar in Flamingo Square, upon opening it, I noticed it has an unusual smell similar to methylated spirits. I reported the matter and two weeks later this has not been resolved. Today I went to the store for update and the store manager (Roger) said there is nothing they can do. This is extremely disappointing from Spar.
