Extremely Disappointing and Unhygienic Experience

I purchased a pack of six lemon poppyseed ****ins from Florida Junction SUPERSPAR, and to my absolute shock and disgust, I found what appears to be a piece of a human nail baked into one of the ****ins.

This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food hygiene, quality control, and customer safety. Finding foreign human matter in food is not just unpleasant—it is a health risk.

I expected much better standards from a well-known retailer like SUPERSPAR. This experience has left me extremely uncomfortable and has put me off buying baked goods from this store again.

I hope management takes this matter seriously, investigates the source of this contamination, and implements stricter hygiene controls to ensure this never happens to another customer.
