Extremely bad experience - Spar Rynfield

Placed an order at 13:38 with Spar Rynfield on the app, at 14:00 I got a notification that it has been collected by the driver and at 16:00 my order has not arrived. I called and I spoke to Yonda who told me that my order is still at the shop and she will ask the driver to bring and they only have one driver that's doing the deliveries today and she also mentioned that my order was at the back she even struggled to find it. Worst experience ever shame I must say.
