Expired Products On Shelf

<p>First I have to say that I'm grateful for the 24hr Spar outlets. This morning I went into my local Super Spar (Berea, Tudhope Street) for some lunch-box snacks.</p> <p>I went to the shelf and selected my choice of beverage (Steri Stumpie). When I was at the till, I remembered that I did not check the expiry/Best Before date on the packaging.</p> <p>When I checked, I was horrified to find that the date shown was 18/10/16. I took it to one of the managers (Jonathan) and alerted him on the fault and I requested that they be removed from the shelves. I'm not sure if that was done, as I didn't have the time to follow through and check.</p>
