expired mouldy chocolate eclairs at spar

I bought a chocolate eclair for myself and other dougnuts ,when I left the store I took a bite of the choc eclair ,I noticed it was not that fresh,when I took the second bite and looked into it,I noticed green mould in the eclair,I was sick to my stomach,I took it back in the shop and showed the manager ,he just returned the money for the cake ,but was not interested in the fact that I was sick from the mould ,I asked him does that solve the situation,he said there's nothing else he can do .
