Expired juice

<p>I bought a pure joy Parmalat juice from spar supermarket in Randjiespark Midrand last week.<br />After I have finished the 1L box I felt stomach cramps,I checked the box...boom the juice was a week expired,I called the branch spoke to "anonymous" he refused to give me his name or the branch manager's name hanged up the line.<br />I then sent them an email with the attached picture of the juice box and the slip,still no reply.<br />I went to a doctor fortunate enough there was no damage.<br />Spar please explain how does one find themselves in the above situation?</p>
