Expired Heintjies juice
It's been almost a year now waiting to hear from NorthCrest Spar about their expired juice. I bought 2 of their 100% fruit juice and as I was driving with my kids, we drank the juice having trusted that spar will always keep fresh stuff. About an hour and thirty minutes my 8 year old complained of nausea that I had to stop and she threw. I drank and noticed the juice was off taste and I opened the second bottle, it was also off taste. I checked the dates, it was a month after the best before date. I put the 2 juices in the boot and drove. On arrival at home I emptied the boot and one of the bottles had burst and there was a bad smell that I had to take the car to be washed. I called NorthCrest Spar ( ********** ) and the guy promised to compensate us as we had to see a doctor. He advised that I keep the bottles they were gonna drive to my place with the rep from the supplier. A week later I called Spar customer care and a lady there promised that they were gonna look into my case. Till now the lady never bothered to call. I kept on calling Spar NorthCrest till this very day i haven't been paid that visit by the two neither being compensated for the loss i incurred. Spar South Africa you better do something about this otherwise how many people out there who doesn't know where to complain when there's a problem. The voiceless. You need to visit NorthCrest Spar or your franchise will soon be a joke. We use our hard-earned cash, you need to supply us with the real thing. We don't buy from these no name stores fearing for our health and now this, a big franchise like yours. One day you will ask yourselves what happened to franchises like Captain Dorego, chicken licken, OK grocer and I believe you will soon join them.
