Expired goods on shelf

This morning 14 Nov'17, i went to buy bread at our local Spar.... normally i check for the loaf with far expiry that... there in my eyes about a dozen of loaf.... that expired on the 7 Nov' 17 . 7 days expired ... i went again this afternoon and the loafs are still on shelf. I approuched ine of the bakkery staff ladies... i pluntly told her about this... her response was" its not my department". Back of my mind im thinking of the elderly that would u noticebly buy such goods... n not having enough money to travell back to have the bread changed. This store is the filthiest ... ever the are cats that managed to stay for years underneth the counters and other shelf arears...... belive me if the were to be a survey highlighting some of these issues... you will be shocked as to some of the common bad incounters shoppers have expirenced in this store. This is Esikhaleni formaly known as Esikhawini .... a township in Richards Bay - KwaZulu Natal.
