Expired Food Spar Benoni

On the 27th we went to Spar Benoni where my Sister in law bought a Hot Dog roll for her child, when we got home her child who is 9 years old had several bites into this Hot Dog, only to discover white worms inside the vienna's. The worms were crawling clearly the hot dog was expired. She went to Spar Benoni and they said she must take her child to the clinic and wanted to give her cake and meat for free, they had no remorse was not sympathetic, the Manager just took the roll and threw it in the bin, and left us there. They had no customer service and said even if the child dies they have insurances and policies that will cover for that, how can one be so insensitive, a 9 year old ate crawling worms and they just did not care. They said the table where the viennas are packed could probably be the problem.. But really now do they not have Housekeeping in place? Should places that sells food not be regularly inspected for infected food? I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by Management and stuff at Spar Benoni by the way they have handled the situation. No details were taken, Nothing was done!!!!!!!
