Expired food items

I bought these from Shell SPAR Express Beyers Naude. This was not the first encounter of getting expired items from them and I had politely asked that they check things before placing them on aisles the first time.

However , I have consumed these and sick, the owner of the store says I’m taking them for a ride and denies this pack Is from his store. I have receipts and recordings of the conversations with one of his stuff before he was called.
