Expired food and bad service

i had a bad experience at superspar today i went to grap a burger because i was in a rush. when got there indeed i found a burger, jumped in my car like a said i was in a hurry .i drove for less a kilometer i realise that the burger was old, dry and hard as a stone. i first went to see the man working on the counter, he said to me he did sell me an old burger, even some customer were surprised. I thought let me look for the store manager he was already gone home as i was told. the send me to the floor manager another clown i must say. He said i should have told the man i need a fresh burger, some burgers were there for 3days.this store is under new management the previous own was the best hygiene wise. that spar looks like ****a shop and the service too is very shocking.it left a bitter taste to my mouth, the burger, service worsed of all the manager. The man needs proper training and the staff members as well. for the fact that i didn't say i want a fresh burger i deserve yesterdays one. really appalling
