EXPIRED CREAM
<p>On Sunday 4th December 2016, I went into the Spar in paddocks center (milnerton) to buy some fresh cream. Whilst cooking, I opened the cream and poured some of the content into my food that I was making for Sunday dinner with guests. </p> <p> </p> <p>I realized the cream looked funny and upon investigation I noticed the expired date was 25th November , bearing in mind I bought this on the 4th, so almost 10days over and it was still on the shop shelf. I rushed off to Spar that same evening to report this appalling service and expired product I just bought. The junior manager who seems new took down all of my details and promised the manager would call me on Monday. It is Thursday 8th December and no one has even bothered to reach out to me. Bearing in mind, I got into my car , drove back to spar half way through cooking my meal , which had been contaminated with expired cream. I was not even given a refund or a voucher or anything to compensate the utter inconvenience they had just put me through. I </p> <p> </p> <p>This is appalling and one could have easily caught food poisoning , but yYET Spar paddocks does not care!</p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking service , just shocking. One that lacks humility, understanding, and empathy! </p>
