Expired chocolate

I got a chocolate at Spar in Thabong and I was very disappointed. As it has expired over a year ago. I was disgusted by the bad service I received as I was returning the chocolate, the supervisor and the manager made me wait for more than 20 minutes and I still did not get attended. The chocolate is Aero chocolate from nestle. I also called nestle and I am still waiting for their response.
