expired chicken fillets

I told my son to buy chicken fillets as he was in gateway at the time and he had noticed a fowl stench in the area of the butchery but didn't know what it was so he had bought the fillets and upon arrival home from the spar when we opened the fillets they where spoilt and a fowl stench .We had contacted the gateway spar manager of the butchery debora who is the manager and she claims that the manager isn't available and I was promised that a manager will call me in the next 5 minutes and I am still waiting for a call ,so people who are shopping at the gateway super spar please watch what deli products you purchase as they could be off
