Exhausting and unnecessary sign up process

I have been trying to sign up, so I can become an Avon representative for the past 3 days. The process is unfriendly and useless.

This is supposed to be easy and pain free as we would like to help Avon enrich themselves by selling their products but this is a tedious process.
