Exemplary Service from Crossways Spar, Bluff, Durban

I would like to commend my local Crossways Spar, Bluff, Durban for their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond during the pandemic, and they have a remarkable Manager, Mr ****m Khan. As a conscious consumer, I always judge the climate of an organisation by the happiness of their staff. From the security, to the packers, tellers and deli staff, they are visibly happy, motivated and friendly employees. I do not shop where I can see that employees are not treated well. ****m is extremely helpful, available and approachable. His values surely filter down to all employees. As consumers we are so quick to complain, so today, I make this long-overdue review to thank the Owners, Manager and staff of Crossways Spar Bluff for a pleasurable weekly shopping experience.
