I would like to show my appreciation to Ntokozo Magagula at Spar Kwa-mashu she is an excellent cashier..her smile says it all her little chat when she is assisting you.. i was so impressed even before she assisted me with the customers before me she was smilling laughing chatting bt at the same time very fast.. She is a true definition of exceptional customer service spar needs more people like her it ws the my 1st encounter wth her and 1st time to get this kind of service from Spar Kwamashu have been a customer of Spar Kwamashu frpm the day they opened you opened ur doors till today bt i hv never had such experience... Well done Ntokozo u deserve a better position somewhere in customer care
