EXCELLENT SERVICE, BREATH OF FRESH AIR!

On Sunday 28/01/2018 I had the pleasure of shopping at the Karenpark Crossing Spar. The till attendant by the name Mikateko 2 assisted me. She politely greeted and proceeded to inform me about a cheaper bunch of spinach available compared to the one I had intended to buy. She closed the till (there was no queue) and walked with me all the way to the fresh produce section and showed me what she was referring to. I was taken aback by this lady`s obvious empathy and courtesy for shoppers. While I was settling my bill, she was already greeting the lady behind me, making small talk, which in my experience always makes clients feel acknowledged. Well done Mikateko 2, you are a shinning star!
