Excellent service and communication

I bought a meal at spar in spruitview last week and I found plastics in the food I complained and the contacted me and followed up until the matter was solved the supervisor explained to me on what could have happened which made sense and their response was prompt they refunded me and gave me another meal which I enjoyed.
