excellent service

Unfortunately I did not get the managers name. Last Saturday I went to the Spar and bought a few items including some toilet paper they had on special. I bought 2x packs of 18 rolls. Went home and unpacked groceries and only looked at my till slip later and found that I was charged for x3 packs. Sunday morning I returned to the shop and was assisted by the young male manager at the front. He was excellent. Friendly, professional and really made me feel like a customer.
