Excellent Management Kwik Spar Plettenberg Bay

I went to the Kwikspar yesterday (28/07/2018) to buy a meat special. I was told by one of the staff members they had not received the stock yet.

This morning I asked the manager who, my apologies for not remembering is called Ryaad I think. He informed me that the stock had still not arrived. I have to admit to being very short with him as I stated the stock would probably be in tomorrow when the special was over. I said I would report him on this forum.

I am ashamed to say that I was rude and that he kept his cool and spoke to me very politely and offered to give me a similar product at the special price. I have had some bad experiences at Spar shops but I have to commend this man for his excellent people s****s and management.

I threatened you with this forum and I would like to use this forum to praise you for your professionalism. Thank you.
