excellent customer service

i recently had a bad loaf from lyttelton spar, i complained about it and was contacted immediately by the regional manager then the manager of the store apologized to me and then Christo fourie contacted me this morning to confirm if all was in order and also extending his apologies, i was so shocked that everyone went to this extent to make up for the mishap if only more stores etc gave such amazing service south africa would be a better place thank you so much to spar i will definitely remain a loyal customer and tell people my story
