Excellent client experience

As consumers we often take for granted the amount of effort being put by the retailing staff. I want to recognize the special treatment I got from a Spar in Midrand China City. The shop is usually clean and the staff there are SUPER amazing. On Thursday afternoon I visited the shop for buying some goodies for my dogs and got amazing client experience from a gentleman who was on the floor packing the shelf he had good knowledge of dog food and gave more options to chose from. I then went to pay at the tills and got assisted by Sibongile who treated me like I’m the only shopper at Spar she even went further and took me to the butchery and introduced me to another lady from the butchery and they both gave me the option of buying sawdust for my dogs to which I greatly appreciated their going out their way to assist me
