Erica Spar dishonest policy

Yesterday I bought 4 items i.e a frying pan, Dlite spread ( butter), nylon turner,knife/ fork at spar Erica retail store in Belhar which amounted to (R266,92) This morning I realised that two of the 4 items were not necessary so I wanted to return the items in the same condition and both items were not used which I showed the supervisor. She refused to give me my money back, I protested and the supervisor referred me to a photo copy pasted at the cigarette counter which stated" goods purchased will not be refunded". I told the supervisor that is not consumer policy of which the supervisor stated out of ignorance but it is Spar Policy.

Please people don't buy any items at Spar Erica drive unless you are absolutely sure that you bought the correct item(s), because if you made a mistake or you don't need the item Spar will not refund you.
