EMPLOYEE REFUSES TO HELP

Just received the worst service at the Spar in the workshop Durban area, lady refuses to help me get fresh buns because she saying she doesn't work in that department mind you i found her their preparing the buns putting them in the packs but says she is just doing a favor for a friend, i asked her who could help me she says she doesn't know, i kept asking her to help me and at this point my voice was getting high, she says i must stop shouting at her and stop being "dramatic" the shouting match went on till a manager came to the scene, i received zero respect from this lady and all i was trying to do is just buy Buns, she was packing fresh Buns and was refusing to help me claiming that is not her department yet she is packing the Buns, the manager had to stop her from going at it with me as she continued to disrespect me and call me dramatic because i got angry from not receiving help, its 8 o'clock in the morning im buying breakfast and trying to make my way to work but we have staff at Spar wearing full uniform refusing to help us.
