Embarrassed at tops spar

I had a horrible experience at spar tops yesterday from one of the ladies that work there , she was not wearing a name badge but her apparently her name is "vimbai", she singled me out and humiliated me infront of the whole store by interogating me about my clothing and saying that I was trying to shoplift,i tried to speak to store manager and was directed to a gentleman named "Sylvester " I highly doubt that that is his real name because he tried to cover up the ladies identity he also **** about being the store manager.these two caused a scene and humilated me and my friends,i have lived in the area my whole life and have used the tops there for many years and i am disappointed and livid at the service I recieved.this whome situation makes me so emotional i actually want to go back to the store and sort it out myself but nothing good is going to come out of that, the staff members wearing uniform and name badges were not helpful at all.there is aa visable divide between the staff members in store and its very negative the 3 people that humilated me were foreign nationals , everybody else in store uniform and had name badges ignored the whole situation. I believe that if someone in uniform it an actual manager or supervicer interviened than situation wouldn't have escalated , they were all rude and dishonest.
