Eastman's Spar Employment policies

Well done to Eastman's SuperSpar in Durban North (Durban)! Ever since the revamp (more than a year ago), the quality in the store (especially the bakery) is exceptional, but more so, the staff are more enthusiastic, energetic, assisting and EXTREMELY friendly. We support this Spar regularly and the friendliness of the staff is impressive. What impress us more, and we are grateful for it, is that in a country like SA where jobs are scares, this Spar provides employment to people of all ages, races and even so-called disabilities. Your employment policies are exceptional and you are making a difference to these peoples lives. On my last visit to Spar, I was greeted by hand, by an elderly down-syndrome man with the most amazing smile. He assisted me with my packages in the most awesome manner! I was once again reminded that that man's life has been changed because he was employed although many may believe that he may be unemployable. WELL DONE SPAR. WELL DONE FOR BEING AN EXAMPLE TO OTHERS AND WELL DONE FOR LOOKING BEYOND DIFFERENCES. YOU ARE AMAZING AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOU FOR DOING WHAT MANY OTHER COMPANIES ARE NOT WILLING TO DO!
