Double charging

<p>First of all I will NOT answer calls to the given phone number. If Spar wants to communicate with me, they can write to my email address so that I also have proof of what is communicated.</p> <p>On 27 Dec 2016 I bought some groceries from Clanwilliam Spar, including a container of cream cheese. Arriving home and checking my till-slip I noticed that I was charged for two cream cheeses. Also, it did not (accidentally) gone through the till twice, the till slip said specifically “2 x CREAM CHEESE”, witch can only happen if entered on the keyboard. That means it was done on purpose, not accidentally. I can email the till slip to Spar for proof if needed.</p> <p>Now I don’t want any refund from Spar for this. R25 won’t make any difference to my life. All I want is for Spar to know that there are people noticing this practice. And for the rest of the world to know that Spar is doing such things on purpose.</p> <p> </p>
