Double Charged On Meal

Noals Spar (Pinetown next to The Towers) doubled charged me on my meal today, I have a Awards Card that I use a lot at the same store, today a different lady had been serving me one of which I never got her name, I’m normally served by Mr Gumede (Cashier), she claimed that the card machine wasn’t recognizing my Card, I then had to go get cash, when I returned back to my office I checked my phone and a notification had come through of the amount equivalent to the one on the meal I had bought, please attend to this, my email is ***.
