Double Charged

On the 30th of October 2015 I went to Spar The Palm Tops in Boksburg north rand road to buy a bottle of Seagrams Gin and I was charged twice, thanks to the bank sms notifications I managed to pick up the mistake immediately. I informed the store manager and he told me to bring my bank statement to the shop. I only managed to bring the statement on the 5th of November because I was out of town for some time. When I bought the statement I was now being told that they are still waiting for the shop's bank statement to see if the amount is reflecting twice on their side as well, so I must come back on the 11th of November. When I went there on the given date now the story had changed, the shop cannot refund me some group must pay me back.<br> I did not swipe my card at any group, I swiped my card at Spar The Palm Tops, and so I expect them to refund me and not to come up with stories. I'm very disappointed for such a well-known shop to be behaving like a ****a shop. Today is the 13th of November 2015, 13 days after the incident happened and I still have not received my money back. Very disappointed with Spar The Palm Tops in Boksburg, I just wonder how many people they rob out there.
