Dorothy is the WORST EMPLOYEE AT SPAR MORNINGSIDE

For the fifth time DOROTHY has given me the worst service. I use to go to SPAR every day to buy fresh rolls and my lunch literally. I stopped because of Dorothy and I stopped the day I reported her to the Manager who was not interested in my complaint, I assume it is because I interrupted his smoking. Why is this lady that every client complaints about still employed by you? Recently I had no choice but to go into spar as I wanted to withdraw from inside. It was like it is my fault that I didn't know the process as it was my first time to do this. I had food to be paid for, instead of easily telling med that she's going to scan the food then give me the difference, she preached me about the process that "you cannot withdraw money without buying anything" I asked if the things in front of her that I brought with are not things to be paid for. She was annoyed and my tomatoes were smashed as she were literally throwing them in the plastic bag which she did not even ask if I want it or not she just billed it. This woman DISGUST ME, her attitude STINKS. Another client commented that "that B is like that"
