Don't support this shop - Spar Cambridge, East London

We don't recommend this Spar. We are constantly harassed in the parking area by civilians who pretend to be car guards who get aggressive if you don't tip them. They smell like booze and really just makes a person feel unsafe. Today, a manager by the name of Eugenia wouldn't accept a R10 note because it had a small tear in it. This R10 ironically was change we got from this same Spar a day before. We keep bumping our heads supporting this Spar because it is closest to where we stay, but today was the last time. THIS REVIEW does not include the Tops store. The Spar Tops store staff are awesome! They are without fail always extremely friendly and helpful. We used the same R10 note that we were told we could not use at the Spar, at the Spar Tops shop and we asked Eugenia why the Tops store accepted it but not the main Spar and she could not answer us.
