Don’t even bother

I ordered groceries on the app on the 09th of May. Shows it was delivered but it never reached my house, I didn’t even get a call from the gate. I logged a query on the app, 2 weeks later still no response. I have been calling the customer care line for the past 2 days, it goes through and gets disconnected. Service is horrible really.
