Do not buy SPAR products!!!
<p>I have been buying SPAR dog food 8kg for almost a year. The other day I bought a 8KG dog food, I went to a restaurant where I am friends with the manager. They were busy weighing items and I thought its a good time to see if the 8kg is really 8kg....... it was 7.41kg!!!! They are *****ing 0.6kg per bag!!! This is unacceptable and shows their standard ethics. So over the year I have lost out on almost a full bag of food because of their thievery!! Won't ever buy from any SPAR again and will also start an Facebook campaign to inform people of their lack of morals</p>

Just wish it never happened in the first place, because everytime I buy something from SPAR now it will be in my head that I wonder if they are honest about the weight. I understand you get supp**** by an supplier but where are the quality control checks from your side?
Leaving the checks to the supplier is a conflict of interest should you examine it closely.

Poor customer service from SPAR and especially Glenda Turpin, you ned to go to customer relations training cause a rock has better customer service, at least a rock won't send you on a wild goose chase
