Disservice at Spar, Kuyasa Mall

SPAR located in Kuyasa Mdantsane Mall, Highway. The teller refused to pack my groceries from counter to the trolley because she told me that the new policy by management is that customers must do the packing themselves. I couldn't escalate this because my family member ended up doing it due to time constraints. Please assist as this is a total disservice and inconsistent with the service in the market and all other Spar shops
