Dissatisfied

After going to Glenwood Superspar to buy chillies, and taking chillies and told that I must buy more as there is a minimum amount that they will accept on the weighingachine , I told them what was I to do with the rest as I didn't need anymore.

They were not willing to assist, so they are losing customers as now they make you buy more than you need.

It seems management is going down at this Superspar, as it's a continuing issue of lack of either training , morals or ethics on numerous other occasions and management is never interested and would rather say customers are wrong.
